july luxe box - loose button

JULY LUXE BOX included;
1. Stella McCartney Stella In Two Peony Perfume - First thing to remember is that perfume does not smell the same on everyone. This scent is fresh and feminine and smells like, you guessed it, peonies! I very much enjoyed it and pretty much used up the entire sample. Like I mentioned before, perfumes are a tricky thing so check it out at your local department store or Sephora.
Overall Rating: 10/10

2. Essie nail polish in Material Girl - Loved this color, the perfect vampy red for fall. Great application, not at all runny like some of their other shades.
Overall Rating: 10/10

3. Proclaim Argan Hair Oil Treatment - This product claims to provide intense shine and help eliminate frizz. I'm not quite sure if it provided intense shine, but overall this product was fairly good. I wasn't a huge fan of the scent, it was quite strong but it disappeared after I finished my blow-dry. Although I enjoyed this product I must confess that I'm a huge Moroccan Oil fan and if it came down to it Moroccan Oil would get my vote. However, Proclaim is a great less expensive alternative.
Overall Rating: 7/10

4. Trucco eyeliner pencil in Ivy - I'm not very colorful when it comes to my eyeliner, I'm more of a basic black kohl eyeliner kind of girl so this product wasn't entirely useful to me. I did try it and will say that the color is very rich and application was smooth.
Overall Rating: 9/10 (based on application and quality, not color)

The subscription process is easy, fill out a questionnaire also known as your Beauty Profile about your skin care regime, what you are most interested in receiving, etc. and Loose Button customizes your Luxe Box based on your beauty needs.
Take a look at the reputable beauty brands they are working with here.

Pricing - You have the option of monthly, quarterly and yearly subscriptions.
1 month = $12 (free shipping)
3 months = $36 (free shipping)
12 months = $120 (free shipping)

I personally went for the quarterly membership but will definitely be switching to a yearly package once my subscription ends.

I'm sure you're all wondering what I received in my very first LUXE BOX let me show you!

Before I go into detail about each product I want to mention the simple yet chic packaging, I was hesitant to open it because I didn't want to ruin it!

JUNE LUXE BOX included;
1. China Glaze nail polish in Agent Lavender - Beautiful color for summer and great application. As a nail polish junkie I've heard of China Glaze but never gave it a chance due to my love for OPI and Essie but I will definitely purchase this product again in the future!
Overall Rating: 10/10

2. Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant - This product was a little messy but did leave my skin feeling smoother.
Overall Rating: 8/10

3. Elizabeth Grant Biocollasis Complex Advanced Cellular Age Defense Day Serum - I didn't use this product on my face simply because age defense day serum is not something I need at the moment. However I did squeeze a little bit of the product on my hand and the texture was silky smooth and left my skin feeling hydrated.
Overall Rating: n/a

4. Consonant Organic Body Soap - This product smelled amazing from the moment I opened my Luxe Box. I also loved the packaging, it included a sweet little message and tiny loofah to rest the soap on in the shower. However after trying it I was no longer impressed, the soap just didn't make me feel clean and the amazing scent it once had disappeared once wet :(
Overall Rating: 5/10

5. Hershey Hug - who doesn't love a little chocolate treat?
Overall rating 10/10!!

I hope you enjoyed the review of my very first Luxe Box! I've already received my second and will be posting another review soon! In the meantime, order your own and let me know how it is!
